At Hunter James Security, we stand behind every aspect of our professional security services with complete confidence. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of our security guards, mobile patrols, responsiveness, professionalism, or the overall security solution during the first 30 days of service, we will cancel your contract and issue a full refund of all fees paid for that period — no questions asked, no penalties, and no hassle.

- Professionalism and conduct of our security guards and patrol officers
- Reliability, punctuality, and consistency of guard coverage and mobile patrols
- Responsiveness to incidents, client communications, and reporting
- Effectiveness of deterrence, observation, and rapid response
- Overall quality of service delivery and peace of mind provided
This warranty applies to all new clients, including:
- Armed and unarmed static guard services
- Mobile and foot patrols
- Temporary and short-term security services (events, construction sites, seasonal needs, etc.)
How It Works
Contact us within 30 days of the start date of your security service. We will immediately cancel the service and refund 100% of all fees paid during the initial 30-day period. No hidden fees. No cancellation charges. No excuses. Your security should deliver real value and protection from day one. If it doesn’t, it costs you nothing. This warranty does not apply to existing clients renewing or expanding current services, or to clients who have previously received a refund under this warranty.
